The metal powder molding process(MIM) has four important processes:molding,de-binding,sintering and post-treatments.

1.Molding: using the feeding materials to produce a blank.

2.De-binding: utilizing chemical and physical methods to remove the adhesive in the blank.

3.Sintering: make the blank reaching characteristic performance requirements and shrinking to a specified shape,dimension and precision.

4.Post-treatments: According to the products requirements,we can come true the finishing, machining, plating, PVD, fuel injection, laser etching, etc.
